Verifiable translation errors reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected at no charge within 2 business days. Submit a specific error list and we act immediately.
If more than 20% of the delivered translation contains verifiable errors, you may choose: (a) complete re-translation at no charge, or (b) a full refund. Report within 7 days of delivery with a specific error list.
Cancel before the assigned translator has begun work (typically within 2 hours of order confirmation): full refund. After work has begun: 0-25% complete: 25% fee. 25-75% complete: 50% fee. Over 75%: no refund, delivery completed.
Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after work begins, style preferences that do not contradict the source, content you later decided you did not need, or revision requests submitted after 7 days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
